I am 22 years old, and i had started watching porn and masturbating about a year ago. I feel as though, I have become addicted to this filthy act and I would really like to know, how to stop. It seems to be taking over my life and I want to break free from it. I don't want to see comments about how good masturbating is because (for me) it isn't. I hope to get some beneficial advice from whoever is willing to comment.

I agree with the above poster about blocking all porn sites. That might really help.
