dry white spot and pain on penis head
Hello, I'm suffering with some pain and white spot on my penis the spots get bigger and pain regularly visits my penis. Ther's no itching, rash or irritatiom, bump there's only dryness. I think it may be over using of soap stuff on it and some exercises I have tried . I have this problem for 5-6 months and there's no dermatologist in the town I live so don't have any idea how am I going to fix this problem I'm getting afraid this beacuse it also efffcts my erection and sexual desires this is serious please help what to do thank you so much.
