Discomfort pain in testicle. Possible lump

Hello I'm 22 years old and for the past 2-3 days have had some discomfort/pain in my right testicle.

Around Sunday I had the pain like I've been kicked in the nuts. It's now Wednesday the pain is still occuring but not as painful as it was on Sunday.

Last Wednesday I have been doing work on an exercise bike to try and get fit. I'm in reasonably good shape. I used to be an athlete till a knee injury and work commitments prevented me from training as usual.

Wednesday I did 20 minutes. Thursday 40 minutes. Friday 80 minutes. Saturday I did 30 minutes as I had a hangover from the night before. And Sunday did 30 minutes. I didn't notice the pain till Sunday afternoon.

On the bike it is rather uncomfortable. It's an old bike. And I've even had to resort to using a pillow sometimes to sit on.

I did some further inspection on the discomfort and the testicle in question does feel a little larger and there is a lump at the end. Like something attached at the end.

Should I arrange a Doctors appointment?
Or should I wait a few more days to see if the pain disappears along with the suspicious lump?

How likely is it possible that it is caused by trauma from the exercise bike and the likelihood of it being something more serious?

After some research it appears that swelling and pain is unlikely to be testicular cancer. So that's a positive sign.

Swelling is not uncommon from lengthy rides on a bike especially on an uncomfortable ill fitting seat.

It's now Thursday, I first noticed it on Sunday. The pain is reducing day by day. But I haven't noticed any change in the swollen testicle.

I plan to see the Doctor on Monday.

I did a check when I got home and the right one is twice the size of the left one.

I hope it's just swelling and bruising from the exercise bike.
