Two miniature red dots/spots on inner foreskin

I used to have phimosis (very mild) which has been solved for the past year. It’s still somewhat tight but I’m able to fully retract when I’m erect, anyway that isn’t the issue.

The issue is that, despite being a virgin, and never receiving any oral sex or a handjob, when I retract my foreskin during masturbation there are two red spots on my foreskin just underneath my head. They’re only visible when I retract my foreskin.

They don’t hurt, itch or do anything but they’re an eye sore and I’ve had them for around three years. Being young it’s not something I’m comfortable talking to my parents about and I don’t know how to contact my GP.

The little dots are once again painless, I can touch them but they can’t be popped which is weird. Can anyone help?
