Pea-sized lump on the skin of my penis?

Recently, I have noticed a small white lump on my penis. At first I ignored it as it seemed to not be a big issue and was hardly noticeable. However, about a day or two ago, I have noticed that it has grown to be about the size of a pea, and has changed to a pinkish-red color, and although it does not hurt, I can definitely feel it even when I am just sitting down on my computer and such.

Any idea of what this could be?

There are several things it could be, but without a little more about you, it is just a guessing game. Age, sexual history, general health, etc are all part of the process of fuguring out what something is.
