2 pea sized lumps on testical

Hello everyone. Had these 2 pea size lumps on my the top area of my testical for the least 2 years, could definitely have been longer. They do not give any pain or discomfort, and I have previously not worried about them because of this. I was wondering if I should get them looked at. Any idea what they could be?

Yes, you should. They may be nothing, and that they haven't grown or give you discomfort is a good sign, but it is definitely something to get checked out.

You're concerned enough to post on the internet about it, right? So go get it checked. :)
