2 hard lumps a bit smaller than a pea in the shaft of my penis

I am really concerned, I saw a doctor over 2 years ago when I just had 1 hard lump in the shaft of my penis and he said it was a cyst and would go away. Now I have 2. I feel no pain from them. They are in the shaft but they can be felt through my scrotum. I am a 27 year old man now.

Quite often, hard lumps are indeed cysts. Did they do any testing or imaging with the first one?

Has the first one gotten bigger? Is that one of the two you have now?

You really should let your doctor check it out. It's most likely nothing, but since no one can diagnose you online, and lumps can mean many things, and you now have 2, you should see your doc.
