Foreskin swollen, red and pain after masturbation

As shown in the picture (above link), my foreskin is swollen and red usually it happens next morning after masturbation. It's also painful upon touching. It started several months ago almost every time after masturbation. It'd disappear and get back to normal after several days. Why is that? Thank you so much!

One day after, not so much swollen but I see cuts on penis. Is it due to friction during masturbation? or STD? see pictures below. Thanks
