Gyno problem

I have been taking Propecia since 2.5 years at variable doses(0.25 first 6months, 0.5 mg for one year and 1 mg for 1 year till today), In october 2016 my derm put me on accutane 10 mg and minoxiline(100mg) for treating my mild acne, I had been drinking heavily for 5 days before starting my accutane course, 10 days into the course, I started to have Gyno(Unilateral, right breast with a movable tender lump), I dropped accutane and minoxiline and also propecia after 23 days. It has been a month now but my Gyno hasnt reduced, I restarted propecia as I was starting to lose hair. Also I am witnessing libido problems (I can masturbate twice a day but my erections are not fuller and penis looks like it has shrunk), The place I live is also very cold with temp at night being -2 C(Can it also been an effect?) I am thinking about starting Tamoxifene for my Gyno, so need your advice and suggestions. I am student and dont have much money.

I wish I knew how to answer your question. A lot of guys don't seem to know that they can have breast problems too. I had to have my right breast removed right after I got out of college because the doctor thought I had a precancerous condition (clear discharge from the nipple).
