What the **** do i have....Painful Urination, Sore Throat, Discharge

Had unprotected oral sex with this  female friend 2 years ago. Since then everything has been protected sex. About 9 months ago I had a yellow/white discharge out of my penis, and horrible dysuria, about two days later I developed a sore throat.
I went to the doctor immediately and he checked for sores in my mouth and on my penis and found nothing, tested me for ghonorhea and chlamydia which both came back negative. So he put me on antibiotics.

A month passed and I went back still with the same symptoms painful urination, sore throat etc..so he did another test and put me on another round of different medication.

I proceeded to go back atleast a dozen times until finally he said he doesn't know and told me to go to dentist for mouth and throat pain, and urologist for my dysuria.

The dentist said he sees nothing wrong with my gums and throat , sent me off. The urologist planned a cystoscopy, had that and he insisted nothing was there.

9 months later I have the painful urination still, sore throat has still been lingering but it comes and goes, the discharge only happened the one time
