Help. Need to stop masturbating!

How to stop masturbating? My 'banjo string' has had a hole through it for months now. It's very sore. But I can't stop masturbating. I do it two or three times a day. Sometimes more. I can't see a doctor. I'm only 14. I'm in pain. Help!

For satisfying your nee;  Suppression of sexual urge can be done by abdominal , deep and slow breathing. Google abdominal breathing, learn it and do it 10 minutes twice a day. Whenever there is urge, just do 4 or 5 breaths and the urge will go away. This gives sense of sagisfaction.

The hole will completely heal on its own if you stop touching it. You don't need medical assistance for that. I just recommend to not touch it, and make sure to wash properly and apply lotion from time to time. Wear pants that allows you to breathe down there or gym shorts for awhile. Nothing too tight.

As far as your needs go, I say not to do it until the cut go away. Next time use some kind of lubricant or do it in the shower so it won't be aggravated. Stay away from porn or things that will cause you to think of it for the time being mate.

The hole or the cut will heal if you will not aggravate it by masturbating. Give it time to heal properly so you will not feel pain. Stop watching and reading porn for now and do some other activities that are sex-related.

Thanks for the response. Will it completely heal? The hole is like quite big. You can see through it.

While it is normal for you to do it more at your age, do things to try and distract yourself. Take a shower, go out for a run, socialize with friends, watch a funny movie.

The soreness and cut will go away in time, I promise, when you let it heal without any friction to it. Try using small amounts of lotion for relief to the dry and sore area. You don't need to see a doctor, just give it time and focus on other fun things in the mean time! =-)
