You might try the kind of masturbation known as “edging.”  This means masturbating until you almost ejaculate, but stopping before you do. Then let the urge to ejaculate subside and immediately start rubbing your penis again, working yourself up to the point that you again want to ejaculate and again stopping; and repeating this process over and over. If possible, it’s best to edge for a half hour or more, and to do this at least once a day for a minimum of 2 weeks. Many men find that this training enables them to prolong their ejaculations when they then have sex with a partner. Edging can cause your penis to feel sore, so you should also use a quality penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to soothe it. Look for one that definitely includes shea butter, a powerful emollient, for extra soothing.

There are two other possible solutions to PE. One is a gel called Promescent and the other a drug of the SSRI family of antidepressants. Both are effective but neither are altogether safe.

Premature ejaculation is only a "problem" when it is perceived to be such. It depends on your circumstances. The best way around it is to learn to show down by recognizing you "point of no return" and ceasing all stimulation at that point. You can practise this through masturbation. There are other solutions too.
