Why I ejaculate, but not orgasm ?

Why I ejaculate, but not orgasm? After masturbating 4 time in 5 minutes consecutively 7 month ago, I feel hurt under the belly, and after that I lost orgasm.Now I ejaculate, but not orgasm, my semen now is low. I dont know what cause that problem?

Since you have pain, you should get this checked out.
This could be caused by a physical problem, hormones, certain medications, etc.

The medical term for it is called ejaculatory anhedonia.
