Why would I have a spontaneous orgasm as an experienced adult?

I have recently had several experiences that have baffled me a lot and I would like to understand them. I am a 50ish adult male who is very sexually active in everyday life with a spouse who is very liberal, cooperative and active as well. I am also an "amateur" nudist who doesn't do any organized nude activities but spends almost all of my time in and around my house in the nude. I am able to do this because we live in the country with all close lots over an acre. Recently my wife and I were relaxing out on our patio - I was totally nude but she was fully clothed. Out of the blue,our close friend and neighbor lady from across the street walked around the corner of the house and joined us on the patio. This was not terribly unusual because she had seen me naked multiple times in the past in this very same situation, and we had traveled with her and her husband, staying in the same room and all parties had seen all other parties totally naked at one point or another. As a matter of fact, during one alcohol fueled weekend away we all engaged in sex in the fully lighted room with our partners at the same time and enjoyed the experience, so we were all naked at the same time just 1 bed away.  Therefore this situation was not at all distressing to us. I have never been sexually attracted to this lady, and my wife already knew that fact. All of the past times we had talked while I was nude I had remained flaccid except for 3 instances where I did get hard without any complications. This bothered neither of us or my spouse. She sat down and proceeded to chat with us, but after about 5 minutes I started to get a full erection for an unknown reason, which was immediately noticed by my wife and our neighbor. Once again, this was nothing that my neighbor hadn't seen before, so no concerns for us. However, as soon as I stood up to go get something to drink, I had a completely spontaneous orgasm and ejaculated a very large amount right in front of the two women, in full view, and nearly hit my neighbor with the ejaculate. She did wonder just why it had happened, however. I would like to know myself. Why did this happen in my 50's?

My wife was there as well and she also was totally nude and sitting in a chair watching me work on a small step ladder changing a bulb in the ceiling fixture. This time our next door close and good friend noticed us out there and walked over to visit with us. She saw that I was naked and she was fully nude herself as well, a normal thing for her, and thought it would be fun to visit with us like that once again. It can't be the nudity as that is a given normal for us all often. I was not particularly sexually excited or horny at the time, just fully erect, which for me happens often enough. Why could these unrelated incidents have happened to me like this after all these years with the satisfying experiences I have had? Thankfully, once again, the incident did not bother my wife since she has literally watched me have sex with this woman dozens of times with no jealousy. She feels no threat from her and knows I will not "cheat" with her now. She knows that it will always be a threesome or she will be watching the event with approval.

Given all these detailed circumstances, can anyone offer me any reason these spontaneous orgasms have started to happen? I am afraid, if this is just the start of them that I will have one at a more inopportune time and suffer embarrassment. Is there any treatment for them? Are there any physical reasons for them? It is making me somewhat wary of getting naked around anyone since it seems that sexual arousal is not necessary to start it off. I sure don't want to start having wet dreams in my 50's. Any suggestions?

There isn't a lot on treatment, either. If it gets to be bothersome, talk to your doctor.

Medications don't seem to be a problem as I am not taking anything I haven't been taking for 15 years. I also would not say that the orgasm itself is bothersome, per se, as it feels as good as the regular, well earned-orgasms via normal sexual activity, which I highly value as you may surmise from the details of my normal sexual practices. My real problem is that I was affected by the spontaneity of the orgasm as well as the display of my  long guarded fact of the volume and distance of my ejaculate in front of the first neighbor, a lady with whom I had never had any level of direct sexual activity other than engaging in intercourse with my wife while she and her husband watched and had their own sex session in the bed next to us. I suppose it is silly to be concerned about someone seeing me have a large and distant ejaculation after they have watched me have full sex with my wife, but that is my personal quirk. She now sees and thinks of me differently than she did before seeing me cum, like I am some sort of a performance stud, which I am not in the least, and has even suggested a couple of times that she would like the opportunity to see it again sometime.
