Low Ejection Factor

how long can you live with a low ejection factor of 25 to 30%?  And how long should you be on medicine to help low ejection factor before you should expect to see an improvement? I am a 54 year old male.

The actual term you are looking for is ejection fraction.  A doctor will need to monitor such a low ejection fraction closely.
