Lump On Glans Penis Meatus

Hi,

Please, please, please can any doctor please give me advice?

I am in my mid-30s. I have never had any penis problems until now.

About 7 weeks ago I woke up and noticed a blister type lump on my glans penis, 2 days later, it grew 5 times in size and opened up and there were 2 more small blister type lumps (one of these was on my protruding meatus lip). The tip of the glans penis around the meatus and the open blister type lumps was red raw.

I soaked my glans penis in salt water twice a day for 7 days and 2 of the lumps have completely healed and the glans penis is no longer red raw. The one on my protruding meatus lip has shrunk in size, but the lump will not go away. I have pierced it twice with a needle and blood came out, no pus, both times the meatus lip ballooned (inflated) in size, a few days later the swelling reduced, but the lump has not gone away. Should I try a OTC steroid cream on a trial basis? What can I do to get rid of this lump? The meatus lips on my glans penis have always looked symmetrical, now it looks odd. I am worried girls will reject me.

I am also experiencing mild cracks all around my glans penis and most of the time when I check, it is a bright dark pink colour, before it has always been a light pink colour and it is more wrinkly then usual and I also notice some white patches every now and then.

I should also mention, I have seen 2 GPs at my local medical practice and have visited a STD clinic. All urine, swab and blood tests are normal. I have tried Daktacort cream, E45 cream and Daktarin cream.

PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Hi NOHARD,

Thanks for your reply. Please don't get me started on the joke that is the NHS. Most of my experience with the NHS is negative.
Yes, I used sea salt.
Aloe vera gel is good advice, never thought about that. I will give it a try.
Thanks again.

Hi Cobra, OK first I'm from the UK, sorry if your having a bad time, but you must just have a bad doctor, We always seemed to have good ones where ever we moved to, and would bend over backwards for us.
But sorry its still a visual thing, but try aloe vera gel, for your wrinkles, and when you were salt soaking, did you use sea salt, sea salt is always best for cleaning any cuts you, it always cleans and helps healing better than just salt, sometimes greams can thin the skin, and the last place you dont want skin any thinner is on your JT.
Good Luck

If you read the last paragraph, you would know that I have already seen 2 doctors and visited a GUM clinic. Not sure what country you are from, but I live in the UK, here the NHS is an absolute joke, doctors don't care, we are nothing but a statistic, a another number on the conveyor belt.

For anyone interested, I have bought OTC 1% steroid cream for the lump on my meatus lip and I am trying Vaseline petroleum jelly for the cracks and wrinkly glans for 7 days.

Any advice welcome.
