Two bumps on the urethral meatus

I have had a prolonged sexual intercourse session in which i did not ejaculate as i was controlling it. I have noticed that I have two bumps on either sides of the meatus of my penis. They are not painful and have the same skin color as the glans. The bumps are more prominent when erect and at times i notice that the left side of the meatus seems larger than the right one. There has been no discharge at all. I went to the GP and said i had urine infection and gave me antibioitics. Is there anyone who knows what could be causing these bumps.
