Bump on head of penis

So I’ve had a red bump on the head of my penis kind of in the middle that is very faint but other times very red, not painful, no problems urinating nor any other side effects. I’m unsure what it may be. It occurred two weeks after intercourse about 6 months ago and hasn’t gone away since. She was diagnosed with chlamidia however I have no symptoms of it would anyone know if that is possible to have without side effects nor it getting worse?

So first, and most important - when she was diagnosed, did you get tested and treated? You can have that for a long time without symptoms. You can also transmit it without symptoms. If you haven't tested for that, make that your first priority.

A red bump that has last 6 months isn't an STD. It could be a fungal infection, eczema, dermatitis, etc. When you get tested for chlamydia, show the doctor the bump.

I am unsure when she was diagnosed because she moved away and I cannot contact her however I heard through a friend. I plan on getting tested this or next week. And okay I’m glad that won’t be an std and I have had eczema in the past however not down there, maybe this makes me more prone? But yes I will definitely ask about it
Yes, you can get eczema anywhere, so this could easily be that.

Seriously, don't put off the chlamydia testing. Untreated chlamydia can lead to all kinds of serious issues. It could be a rumor that she had it, but be on the safe side, and find out if you do or not. Let us know. :)
