Numbness on right side of face

All of a sudden my face went numb.. What causes this???
I've never had this happen before.. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, hmmm...

Any ideas what this means????

is that corner of your lip drooping on that side?
Not to make you panic but
this could be the bells palsy often associated with lymes disease
or more importantly the warning sign of a stroke or TIA consult a DR. Immediately.

No drooping lip! j ust numb.. As if i was injected by the dentist,
But only in my face!!!

That's what I was thinking too, bells palsy, it could be spelled bels palsy. It's an inflammation of one of the nerves in your face. It can last for days, weeks or months. See your Dr to find out what's going on for sure.
