Ongoing Testicle/Abdominal Pain

Been dealing with an ongoing issue involving Testicle Pains, my thigh feeling like its in knots, and much more. Started about a month ago where I was visiting the ER once every other day involving a atrocious testicle pain. Ultrasounds, X-Rays, CT Scans we're performed and found my "issue" to be Epididymtis. Was prescribed Doxycycline Mono for 10 days with 5 days of Vicidin to ease the pain. About 2 days later pain went from dull tugging to a sharp and painful 4 hours before easing but only down to soreness and minor inflammation. Each time I returned to the ER after diagnosed with Epididymitis, the infection seemed to be resolved but was still dealing with extreme pain everyday. Mornings were best and got worse throughout the day. I ended up deciding to run tests on myself since no doctor wanted to give me a proper answer. Came to find out that smoking weed was actually increasing my inflammation, and pain. I have stopped for about a week now and symptoms have been no where near what they were, but I am still dealing with a cold sensation on the tip of my penis, soft erections and random but short sharp stabbing pains in shaft. Urologist had told me it was lower back pain that was causing it. Only back pain was from laying in bed for a long 2 weeks trying to recover from what I thought was just an injury/trauma. Would anyone recommend being tested for Pre-Hypertension or present Hypertension? Or maybe starting beta-blockers? Also have wondered if I have a enlarged prostate, resulting in having to urinate 2x the amount I normally do. Erections aren't an issue, STI and STD testings we're both negative. Just trying to figure out why doctors give subliminal answers like they all graduated with straight D's. Also to state, no kidney disease was found, no kidney stones or cancer (thank god). Since I've stopped smoking, i've been regularly getting physical activity, drinking plenty of water and making sure I keep a good diet. Seems like nothing/nobody is giving me the answers I would like to hear. Any resources or answers will be extremely helpful.. thank you!
