Pain in penis, and slight blue coloration along the edge

I am 18, uncircumcised, and cannot pull back my foreskin back as it is tight,i do clean under it with soap and water and i used a q tip for a few weeks to clean smegma in june and early july but stopped as i read it causes irritation. I have started  yoga, and regularly working out and maintaining a keto diet however a week into august i felt a certain pain in the tip of my penis when moving my legs a certain way, it is a mild pain, alongside that i felt pain along the edges when applying pressure on the glans which have turned a slight blue-ish tinge. There is no discharge or redness or itching. The pain is a mild discomfort and has been going on for about two weeks, it subsides whenever i take a shower and only wash with warm water and i reducing movement. Its been eating at me mentally for past few days as i read more on the internet. Please help im embarrassed and nervous to go to the doctor , what may it be and how do i remedy it.

No way to tell you really, and no way the internet is going to do anything but frighten you.  The internet can be useful when you know what's wrong and are trying to double check whether the treatment options you've gotten are reasonable, but what you can't do is diagnose yourself with Dr. Google.  You can, however, make yourself very nervous.  I do see two possibilities:  you say you caused irritation, and it might just be you did and it needs to heal.  The other possibility is that you tweaked something in that area doing a yoga move.  Some of those moves can cause problems and any time someone starts a new exercise program there are going to be areas of the body that haven't been used in that way that get tender.  Usually it goes away as you get used to it, but do know, some yoga moves are not that great for some people.  Go easy with it at first.  But if it isn't one of those two things and it sticks around you will need to see a doc.  No reason to be embarrassed or scared, it's very unlikely to be anything serious.
