Testicular Torsion_Question

Hi doctor,

I, (Male,29 years) , need some information regarding testicular torsion. i had undergone a surgery for testicular torsion 6 years ago in 2010 and one testicle was removed and the other one was fixed.
Doctor has written that the other one is fixed and told me that it is fixed to avoid any further torsion.

my question is that does the testicle move inside the scrotum by its own (sometimes)?i am seeing it as moving inside scrotum sometimes. is it normal?

doctor had told me that , after surgery the other one was "fixed". so will the testicle move inside the scrotum even after the surgery is done and "fixing"it. what does the term "Fixing" here means? pls reply doctor.
