What can cause intermittent discomfort and pain in tip of penis?

I have been with my girlfriend for over 6 months. In the last 6 weeks (but intermittently) I have developed a problem where the left side of the head of my penis feels pressure and intermittent tingling after she gives me oral sex. We have not been with any other partners and we have both been tested for STDs multiple times (blood and urine tests) with all negative results. I have seen several doctors for this and no one has a diagnosis or any answers. There are no other symptoms besides this discomfort. The only thing that gives me relief is a warm bath or warm compress. Any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely a nerve issue. If you've been tested with negative results, stop worrying about stds. It sounds like she's either being too rough on you or you've got sensitivty issues when you use it too much.  Might have to tone it down, which isn't good news at all either :/
