Penile rash/ chaffing

Hi I have been masturbating for two years and I am a virgin and have not been using lubrication when I masturbate. Ever since I started masturbating a red rash started to form on the shaft of my penis on the bottom. I am uncircumcised. The rash is brownish red and it goes from the top of my foreskin to the base of my penis/ pubic hairs. It gets bigger as it goes down. I masturbate pretty hard so that may cause it. It itches sometimes. It looks chaffed sort of. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you may have answered your own question. Being so rough on the skin of the penis will certainly irritate it from both friction and stress from frequently being pulled very hard. The skin will heal up after a few days if you leave it alone; after that, be gentle.
