Penis is very weak. thin from root & thick - heavy from (top).

Hi, I am writing my brother's question here. He has been living in jail for the last 10 years. He is facing some sexual issues along with some other body weakness issues and can't consult with a professional Sexologist or Andrologist because in jail there is no special doctor for these matters. In jail there is only one general doctor who treats small sicknesses. Now i will write my jail brother's message. Please guide

(1) My male sexual issue has gotten worse, that the root of my penis is completely weak, that it doesn't carry the weight of the penis. The jack system is damaged. Penis is like the lifeless lean and thin part of the meat.  The muscles of penis have become lifeless. Even if i get erection with sexual desires, the position remains like this (  |\  ) means penis doesn't stand. The root of my penis (behind or above testicles) is very thin, while the front part is thick and broad and heavy. Question: Is this problem caused by sitting all the time in a jail cell or is it due to the food not being absorbed in the body and muscles becoming weak? Note: It has happened that if I am lying on the right or left lying position and get an erection and in this position if i hold my penis and shake it slightly from right to left, then the root of my penis (which is above testicles) feels moving too. There was one medically knowledgeable inmate in the jail. I discussed this issue with him and he said that this problem is quite dangerous but treatable.

(2) It has been a long time since the wet dream occurred. I don't know why i don't get wet dreams anymore, maybe because of the spermatorrhoea. i have spermatorrhoea for long time. Please guide me.  These things are a big shame for me to discuss, but I have to write them down that you should explain your problem clearly to the doctors.

Well, first, wet dreams stop as you get older. They usually stop as you move beyond your teen years, so that in itself is not alarming at all.

There are lots of things that can cause weak erections. It might be from diet, from stress (I imagine prison is stressful), or a medical issue like high blood pressure, prostate issues, or even a heart issue.

Is he experiencing any other muscle weakness?

Any heart symptoms? Dizziness? Pain anywhere? Is he able to ejaculate? I don't know if he masturbates in prison, but if he does, is ejaculation okay? What about any urination problems?

If he has any other symptoms, he should talk to the doctor there.

You also don't mention your brother's age. The older he is, the more likely it is that he'd have prostate issues.

Hi, thanks for your answer. I am not able to answer some of your questions at this moment because i don't know about them yet. but i will ask my brother on a letter and let you know.

He is 39 years old. He told me some weeks ago in his written letter that:

1) He feels overall weakness in his body. Weakness in Nervous power, Physical power.

2) Eyesight has also weakened, feels weakness in bones, joints and muscles.

3) He said he feels numbness in many places in the whole body, especially in the fingers and soles of the feet and hands. In winter, i feel very cold compared to other people, and the body feels numbness, especially the fingers and toes. Fingers and toes turn blue or purple especially when wash them with water.

4) he said i have spermatorrhoea before coming into prison.  A local herbal doctor had told me that it is mixed with urine and excreted.

About your other questions: He doesn't have heart issue but i guess he must be stressed because it's not easy to live in a jail cell alone all the time. They don't allow inmates to leave there cell and walk in garden. So he doesn't have any activity from last 10 years since he moved in this high security jail. He only have 15×9 sized jail cell in which he live 24 hours alone.

I guess he definitely do masturbation. But i don't know how frequent. I will ask him about this and i will also ask him about ejaculation , urination and prostate and then i will reply you here.
I'd guess his nutrition isn't great in prison, either, and wonder if a lot of this could be attributed to some serious nutritional deficiencies.

"A local herbal doctor had told me that it is mixed with urine and excreted." - Actually, sperm isn't mixed with urine unless it remains in the urethra after ejaculation.

There is something called retrograde ejaculation. There is a muscle near the neck of the bladder that contracts when a man orgasms, and that muscle prevents semen from entering the bladder. Retrograde ejaculation means that muscle isn't contracting, and semen can enter the bladder, and can mix with urine. Urine will appear cloudy if that's happening.

I'd say his symptoms are serious enough to talk to the medical department. I don't know if they'll help or not, but I hope they do.
