sore penis after swelling

Hi there , one night i used a cooling menthol shampoo too cool my penis to sleep better, but next day in the morning my penis was swollen pretty bad and i thought it was just because of poor hygiene so i washed it at the shower, then in the evening my swollen penis went down and had pus on the foreskin, and after carefully removing the pus i washed it and cleaned it again, the next morning the skin that was stretched during the swelling was not returning to normal its as if you need to remove the skin, but before i had the idea to remove the skin, i tried to pull down the foreskin to see the neck are of my penis and accidently broke the first layer of skin and saw a reddish flesh and its extreanly sore when you pour water, what should i do?

As you've learned, do no use menthol on your sex organs.  Rinse off your organs with plain water or a mild soap.  Do not be rough with your organs and give them time to heal.  Treat them gently.
