Hi,
First of all, there is no reason for you to feel shy or suffering, no one is perfect in this world, and what you feel as a shortcoming may as well be seen by some one else ( I mean a girl ) as a point of attraction. So, just do not worry.

As regards the growth of facial hair is concerned, you may not have to worry if your other pubertal growths have taken place properly. Most people get thick facial hairs only after twenty five to thirty years of age, if that is what you meant by ' I have not mustaches & beards ' . Again, facial and body hair growth are to some extent hereditary, so, if some of your close relatives have less hair growth, may be that is why you also have less hair on your body.In that case, you are quite Ok and do not worry unnecessarily.

If however, you feel that your other body and sexual growth also are not proper, as advised by remar, you need to consult an Endocrinologist, or preferably first a Urologist and then an Endo. Nowadays, there are so many hospitals who provide all these services and it should not be a problem for you to consult one near your home. By the way, which Hyderabad did you mean ? Pakistan or India ? In any case, just Google for  ' Urologist hyderabad India ' or ' Endocrinologist Hyderabad India ' or if you want from Pakistan, just replace India by Pakistan, and you will get a number of addresses.
If you still have any problem please let us know.
