Red spots on the tip of my penis PLZ help
I started notice red spots on the head of the penis I freaked out and looked online but I couldn't find anything that looked like it. The closest thing was balanitis so I started using canesten leaving it on there for a while and washing it of befor applying more but it doesn't seem to help. The spots are bright red don't itch or hurt, seems to get worse when i masturbate and when I take a picture of it with flash the spots seem to have black or deep red spots on them not visible when you look at it normally. I have unprotected sex with my GF but she is clean. Plz help is it realy balanitis or am i using the canesten wrong?
