I have several bumps of different sizes in my pubic area but they don't hurt

I am a male. I have lots of bumps on my pubic area and some have even changed the skin color. the bumps do not hurt unless squeezed and normally pus mixed with blood will come out when squeezed. the bumps are usually anywhere from the size of a small pimple the about the size of a dime. when I squeeze some of the bumps a hair would pop out so i thought it was ingrown hairs but they take a really long time to heal and more always pop up. these bumps have been showing up since i started puberty, for several years now, when hair began to grow in my pubic area. i have never done anything that would be risk for an std but i am now getting worried of what it could be. please help thank you.
