Swollen Lynph node in groin

Hello!
I'm around the beginning of thirties.
3 months ago I was casually diagnosed with Glaucoma to both eyes by checking a nevus on my right eye.
Recently I went to hospital to get a check on my whole clinical situation, cause of recurring weakness and joint pain along with a groin lynph node(not painful and moveable on touch) that was a little growing over mesure.
I got X-ray chest, complete blood test (even for HIV, Hepatites B/C and  Siphilis), urines and echograpy.
The results, shown that's all right, but the lynph node was 22x6 mm big and with no sign of abnormality or adenopathy. Even so, now since a month I got a weak ejaculation, accompanied by a slight groin(like nerves), testicles  and lower ower abdomen pain. Along with this I have a recurrent sensation of pins and needles all over my body, especially when I get anxious about my situation.
I've consulted 2 different medics the first of wich gave me a pill to kill parasites in my gut. Cause of relatively high eosinophils count. Now after medication it's 6.9% | 0.28 * 10^³ /.
Both doctors say that all the pain and actual situation might be caused by depression and that no other underlying cause is related to that, and if I need other help I should seek Phychatric support.
I found it very superficial as now I can't even train properly, my body gets in pain and I feel like my testosterone level is below ground. (many friends say that portugal medics send you to psychatry whenever they don't want to help you investigate).

PS: In 3 months I lost 5 kg out of 71 kg, in semi-intentional as I got a poor appetite.
Hope somebody can advice me and tell me how to get deeper into the matter.

Thank you in advance :)
