Whit stuff on the skin of my penis under the skin..

Im 15 and uncut. Im a virgin. I was wanking the day before yesterday and later the day after i noticed white stuff on the skin of my ****. I didnt do anything then as i was worried and didnt want my parents to know. This morning i cleaned of as much as i could of it with warm water. Should i go see a doctor ? Will this keep on happening for the rest of my life? Is it a diease ? Please help..

Wont soap sting or summing? I head it irratates the skin and stuff (penis skin).. Ok this made me a little bit less concerned ... thanks for the answer .. anything i can do to prevent it ? like permanatly ? and yes im sure i have a very strong odor .... does this mean i have balanitis ?

Relax, it's normal. It sounds like you're describing smegma. (Yes, that's how it's spelled). It's a substance that accumulates under your foreskin from skin oil, dead skin cells and bacteria. The key to preventing it is to pull back your foreskin in the shower every day and wash the glans (head) with soap and water. Doing this daily will prevent it from building up. If not, eventually it will cause an unpleasant odor and even cause an infection of your glans called balanitis. Feel free to write back if you have any further questions.
