White spot on glans

Hi, There is white spot about 2mm radius on penis glans since 2 years (my penis is circumcised since childhood). Initially it was dull dotted shaped, and now they are merged together. But I never felt uncomfortable or do not feel uneasiness and it does not itch or painful. There is no issue with sexual activity too, but I am worried about it. Could anyone suggest if I should visit a doctor? or which type of Doctor would be require to consult?

Hi Nohard,

I have visited a one of the best Dermatologist and STD doctor (MBBS, DVD) in city. He has suggested to apply Tacrolimus-0.1% w/w (morning) and FLUTICASONE CREAM BP 0.05% (night) for six weeks. Thanks for the advice. Although, doctor is not consider my problem so acute or STD.

I use condoms regularly since last 12 year. Also I spotted same type of white spot on glans 6years ago, that was very mild, and it gone after few months, while I didn't apply any medicine. But this time it is not disappearing, that is my worry.

Regards,
Anwar
