calcification in testies

hi for past one month i have a mild pain in scrotum.so i went to a urologist he asked me for a ultrasound scan in which it stated i have grade 2 varicocele and a cyst in right testicles and have two small foci of microcalcification on right
.and i also have urinary infection(e.coli)
i saw in internet that calcification may be a symptom of upcoming testicular cancer . iam realy worried can any one help me please
