ejaculation while pooping

Sorry I did not know where else to post this...
Recently i have been having a non orgasmic ejaculation of semen when pooping. It only happens if it is the first time i have gone that day, and usually if I have not had sex the night before... I was used to having sex every day, but recently since i have not been seeing my girlfriend as often it is 2 times a week. I was figuring it was something related to my prostate?? Has been happening for past 2 months.I have no idea, I havent heard of anyone else with this problem.. Please help

Had the same issue last night and about half a dozen times in say 6 years. Never noticed it happen till i went to shake to drops out of my penis and it was all sticky. It was a rush to get to the toilet and all I noticed was the bm. I also take depression med 10mg of cipralex and pain meds tyl#3 and daily dose of cialis 5mg. Had the bi-annual pop test for cancer - negative and now 59 years old. Was a little worried, but now grateful to read your posts. Will tell my doc next visit and get back to you all. thanks guys

To All worried and Depressed Mens out there every body is busy on saying prostate this prostate that,..... just leave it for me.
As u know this is just happened when u have difficulty in Pooping. Means when u have constipation and u push it push it unless you get Mr White out of ur Penis.

Easy way to solve this i was also suffering from the same condition and overcone it by changing my diet.

Go Herbs:

Eat green and health and include some Good Things in ur Diet and you can poop easily

Use Dry Fruits in ur daily life it also helps to overcome the issue

Lets have a healthy start and then tell me whay happened nobody need to Take a tension about this matter.

Drink a lot lot of water in a day it will help u poop easily for a proper guidance you may contact me

I am 38 years old . I have a bad back injury and have had 2 operations on my back. Now i take alot of pain medication and antidepressents. Ive had the injury since 2002 and do get constapated but also have found a hemroid . Its been happening to me for well over 10 years. Not every time but most. No pain , sometimes alittle sting. Im alittle shy to say nything to Dr and honestly dont want a finger going into my exit only door. However from what ive researched, a mans G spot in in his anus. So a swollen prosate or stiff number 2, also when wiping the hemroid may be going back in and touching the prostate which releases the seman. I do wanna see the Dr just scared. Anyway after wiping i need to leave toilet paper in my underwear to catch the rest as it leaks out for the next 10 minutes or so. Sound familiar to anyone ?

I am also on Adderall. I just deficated and, though the stool was not necessarily hard, it did take a quick push to get it going. After the stool had come out, I stood up and suddenly felt a jolt of pressure to pee... I let it out and it was creamy white.

Do you currently take Adderall?  I have the same problem. My doctor had never heard of it either but if you google ejaculate - pooping - Adderall. You will see there may be a correlation.  You are correct in that it can at times be more like a spontaneous ejaculation. Not just leaking.  And while some claim it may be tied to a large stool ( ****) pressing against the prostrate. Mine like yours is more tied to the first big "push " if I have not ejaculated through conventional method for at least 48 hours , or at least the volume seminal fluid and force of ejaculate action is tied to the length of time since a conventional ejaculation. While probably not dangerous my concern is that it affects my sex drive as I am always " tapped out"   I take 30 Mgs of Adderall daily
