heaviness and weird sensation in testicles

when i sit on my leg for a long period of time it goes numb and tingling, but i feel a weird sensation in one test (if left leg left test and if right right) why does it happen? is this normal?

You know how your foot goes to sleep? That's compression of a nerve. This sounds like the same thing especially if you sit on your leg proceeding it.  So, don't sit in that position or move more often.
