Exercise alone may not help in concentration. If you have any health issues you should solve it first to improve the concentration. Brain requires continuous supply of glucose and oxygen and if any of these is not available, you will not be able to concentrate. If you are otherwise healthy, then you should find out what is distracting you from concentration and try to keep away from the source of distraction.As a general measure, deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga and taking balanced food should improve your ability to concentrate.
