Having A big swollen pimple on my penis.
Today I have noticed of a really big pimple on the side of my penis.
It is really swollen, and hurts whenever I touch it.
I am a bit worried about it.

today I woke up and checked this thing again, and the "pimple" just teared apart, and now I have like a "hole" with white fluid.
As for now, I only have one pimple like this.
What can it be ?

I am sorry to say that could be herpes. You need to go to the health dept and get tested.
