What is it in my penis ?

Please find the attached image set..... Two questions
1. i have marked a area in the images with small box. There is a blister kind of thing there. It is there for a very long time... What it might be ? It discharges a white color thread (or paste) like thing at times (not often or not too much but very little whitey thing)
What is this ?
2. There are pimples like thing on the head or the Penis. What is this ?
Can doctors or medical consultants please advise on this.
Note : I have never had sex till date. Other than masturbation, nothing at all.

sounds like some sort of an infection.... But how if you haven't had sex..

There are no doctors here, and even if there were, you need to be seeing a doctor IN person...not seeking help online.
