smalll penis problem

sir,
my age is 21,i had think that i have small penis problem,i am overweight also,when  i am  18,i had went for testosterone test result was 408ng/ml,(night time-8:30 pm),(when depressed),when i am 19 again test (330ng/ml)(afternoun)(1 pm),then finally at age 20 in the morninig time 10:30 am test result was 450ng/ml.
my penis size was:6-8.5cm(flaccid)
errect:12.5-13.3cm.
when recently  i  had  meet an urologist he adviced me that loose over weight ,and said that ihad fat around penis,after at my home ihad checked  and i had 3.3 cm fat around penis.
kindly need your advice,.
now with depression my testosterone levels are dropped to lower level...

They say for each 10 pounds you lose your p***s grows by 1/2 an inch, now that has got to be one hell of a good reason to lose weight, so if you lose 40 pounds 2 inchs or 50mm, you will fill better, look better, so if this happens your testostrone should go back up, so thats 3 ticks to lose weight, also if you get out and start walking that will do you good and were talking brisk walking, start eating healthy, get off fast food, get off alcohol, and the last 3 are a must.
