something on penis???

hi, i am really worried about these bumps on the head of my penis it had started from underneath the foreskin behind the glans and moved its way up too the head of my penis... they are quite small and red but noticible because of how many there were. it also created a smelly gooey substance and reprodeuces this substance later on that day after showering in the morning. i havent seen a doc and its been almost 2 months now the bumps have slowly going away only a few remain but now im having like white warts like things popping up i may have 2 or 3 now. i tried to pick them off but was painful and they bleed.. very sore too lol. sometimes i notice these small bumps goin away and sometimes they come back maybe bein irratated by something so i use no soap just wash under water... i really dont know. i also have 2 red bumps like the white wart things but were there when the infection started they are still there today they are situated behind the glans. can you help me?
