Hi,
I feel reducing your weight by regular exercise is the solution to your problem.
Even though your serum testo level is towards the lower range, the free testo level is towards the mid range. That means your testo control centers in the brain sees enough bio available testo and therefore tends to reduce the serum level. However there are widely accepted reference range for serum testo than free testo and that is why it is normally measured as an indicator. Normally in obese persons the SHBG levels will be low and therefore less serum testo gets bound to SHBG and become inactive. As such I feel that one should look at free testo than serum testo to see if the levels are OK or not. Another factor that can reduce the testo levels in obese persons is the high level of estrogen, which is also used by the brain to assess the teso level. You could probably check the estrogen and SHBG levels also.
In any case, I do not feel you need to go for TRT, only my opinion, you should check up with your doctor.

Hi,
One more important point to note is that testo levels should always be checked with a morning blood sample, when it will be highest, and before deciding on any TRT, more than one measurement of the levels will be required.
