Does my Grandmother Have Schizophrenia?

So my mother just visited my grandmother last week and when she came back, she said my grandmother had told her she sees people when her eyes are closed. When this happens, my grandmother is not necessarily going to sleep; she sees only one person at a time; none of the people are individuals she recognizes; and everyone she sees is in black and white (keeping in mind, she is not colorblind).

Additional details: My grandmother is 75, has seen this as long as she can remember, and has a history of being superstitious.

Must've missed that about her being like that as long as you can remember; still, she needs more criteria than that to be diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Note that I said she has seen this as long as she can remember. In other words, since she was a child. So its onset was not recent.

She won't because she is superstitious. That is why I am asking about it here. >_>

It most likely is not schizophrenia because she'd need a plethora of symptoms to be diagnosed and schizophrenia does not generally onset at that age although I guess it's not impossible.
