what to do?

My partner has serious schizophenia and will not go to the doctor.  she thinks she has everything under control and is adamant that she knows people are secretly living in our apt and stealing her stuff (which always shows up somewhere)  she believes "they" drug us while we are asleep and mull around the apt repacking boxes just to mess with her mind. She believes "they" have implanted some device to increase her sciatica at times.  This has been going on for months, and I am at the end of my rope so to speak - what should i do?

This is very challenging. I think you need a social worker to come to her home for an evaluation and try to talk her into getting help She's too sick to realize how sick she is. I'm so sorry, this must be very painful. Schizophrenia zaps their ability to understand reality. They don't want medication. But if they do not have it, they live like this. Adult services? Something that will force her into getting adequate medical care (primarily medication on a regular basis ).  There is a treatment that is a shot that lasts for three months that is really a good tool with schizophrenia sufferers. No pills to take. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8490677/  But I'd escalate for help as she really needs it.
