Persistent headaches and pain

I'm experiencing headaches everyday usually starting around noon. It's a throbbing pulsating pain located near the brow region (bilateral) and reaches up to the forehead. As the pain subsides maybe 2 hours later I began to notice that if i were to touch the forehead region there is pain/discomfort. Now I've researched tension headaches and sinus infection. I did have a sinus infection more than a month ago however I believe it has resolved I don't have any nasal discharge but i do have stuffy nose on/off. What I am primarily concerned with is the after effects of the onset of headache. What is causing the pain when i touch my head? it's not tense but everytime i touch it there is pain

I didn't really mention any other symptoms because they are very minor. I did see an internist and was given azithromycin. I just finished the 5 day course treatment and i still have headaches... they are not as bad though...

Don't have any nasal discharge or fever...

i was given acetaminophen for the headaches and it does help.

I'll just wait it out

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other symptoms are present? The headache could indeed be due to primary headaches such as migraine which present with throbbing headache. This can be managed with ice pack, rest, and medical management.  If there was a sinus problem a few weeks back, this could have persisted and may cause pain.  If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor or be referred to an ENT doctor. Take care and do keep us posted.
