MISCARRIED.....WAITING FOR PERIOD

Hi ladies,
Sorry to those who have all suffered a loss. I miscarried on 16th march 2010 at 6.5wks pregnant. I miscarried naturally and bled for 5days, heavily for 2hrs passing clots then a normal period like bleed afterwards.
I had an internal scan last Wed and all had gone which was a relief. My husband and I have had unprotected sex since I stopped bleeding. I have seen the mucus you pass when u are supposedly ovulating (sorry tmi). We I be expecting my period around 16th April, or could I be pregnant?
I have been so tired every day needing an afternoon nap? Just like to know when I stand as hate being in limbo waiting for a period!? Arghhhh!!
xx

Hi so sorry for your loss, you are in my prayers. I like you also had a miscarriage on March 16th passed clots, very painful. This was our first baby. My hubby and I have been ttc since the end of march. I took opk kits and have been charting my BBT. I just recently also started checking my cervix everyday. According to my OPK I had a LH Surge on the 3rd had sex and the 1st and the 5th. My temps have been rising since the 5th(in 97.) today my temp reached 98.04 so I read if it stays up for 18 days then pregnancy is a strong possibility.  It's already been 9 days so I have 9 more to go. I will be testing soon to see if I get a BFP I really feel like I am pregnant, but could just be wishful thinking. Will keep the faith that I am. I know how you feel seems like my life since February has been once big waiting game. Waiting to for good news/waiting to miscarry/waiting to stop bleeding/waiting for period, ughhhh it *****! I'm hoping I won't see my stupid period til next year, but now I have to wait some more to see if I get a BFP. I will be praying that you are pregnant, it is very possible to be preggo soon after miscarriage. Let me know what happens! God Bless!

You could definately be pregnant again. It is hard to tell when you would be getting your period, since you probably won't have a normal cycle. I had a miscarriage at 4 1/2 weeks, and concieved again about 10-12 days after the bleeding stopped. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your loss too!! Its great to have this site to chat to ladies going throu the same!!
I had done a pregnancy test 10days after miscarriage (26th march) and it was odd to want a negative result so I knew nothing left inside.
Have fingers crossed for all of us to be pregnant again soon!! Will keep everyone posted as to outcome! X

Hi I am sorry for your loss.  Yes you could be pregnant. My doctor told me some women ovulate right after a miscarriage and some do not. I would just keep an eye on things. I had a miscarriage & d&c on 3/12/10. I am also waiting on my period which feels like it will be coming soon. Is it bad that I can tell I'm getting bloated and I'm not upset about it ;).  I was told it could take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get my period. I was 11 weeks along.  Hopefully everything works out for you.  Hopefully we'll both be pregnant with healthy babies soon!!
