Bfp! Have been on progesterone for 4 days and I want to quit!

Hi ladies, nothing made me more happy than to see my bfp 4 days ago. But I have a major problem now. This was my first clomid cycle and it was planned if I where to get a bfp I’d start 40 mg of emérita progesterone same day. I did but made the huge mistake to take 40 mg at once and not divided in two doses. So day one and two I did that. By day 3 I was unable to function (even googling my symptoms was impossible because I felt I was spacing out) hot flashes, nausea, pain in my legs, panic, worry, anxiety, extremely irritable, unable to sleep more than an hour those two first nights and unable to focus on anything where the worst side effects 3rd day I did only 20 mg had same side effects for 12 hours and here I am now 4 th day (time for my dose) deciding if I can go thru another 12 hours of scary side effects. I should ask my doctor but I can’t he’s not here and won’t be back til Monday. The nurses are no help at all. My progesterone levels where never checked. I’m thinking to go to a private lab and pay to have it checked that’s how desperate I am. I live in a country where u can do this. I don’t need a doctors order to take a blood test. But then what, even if my levels are high. How fast can I wean off. What is it that actually can cause the miscarriage? If miscarriage is so risky wouldn’t this be a method woman would use to cause an abortion? I can’t find anything conclusive on google. Please help I only have a couple hours to decide. But I’m sure I won’t dare rub another dime size drop on my arms and feel so sick I can’t function. I just can’t I have kids that depend on me but I so want to keep this pregnancy. I think the only way it rub some on before Sunday is if I start to cramp or bleed but by then it’ll probably be too late. What can I do?? Does anyone have experience with my situation.
All I can read is people stopping no earlier than 6 weeks but with a doctors orders. That would mean another 1 1/2 weeks of progesterone.
Thank you for reading!
