Okay girls I'm back. I'm worn out from today. I couldn't wait to get home and catch up.
Julie- CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!
bam & Aileen- I didn't sign on to FF. Yesterday was my last trial day and I was too frustrated with it telling me the same thing everyday. It kept saying that the past two days were my most fertile period and that a rise in my temps would confirm it..It said that for 10 days! I can't pay for it if it isn't going to help me at all...I can just use the O tracker on here and not pay for it.
Lori- I'm going to be your personal BFP cheerleader this month LOL
Amanda- Thanks sweetie. It just doesn't feel like I have a chance this month. Only time will tell though :D
Ok, I just typed a big long response and now it's lost!!
Aileen - I would assume that you are O'ing today, but I would wait and see what your temp is tomorrow and then mark your chart accordingly. MH always calculates off of your first + OPK (which this month mine was slightly lighter then the control line), so that would mean you are already 1DPO.
Natalie - The major downside to BBT is that it will only tell you after you have O'd. It's good to use in conjunction with other tracking methods. It does require a special thermometer. I got mine at Wal-Mart for $8. It just take it out an extra decimal point. Please try not to stress yourself out over this. Stress causes O to be late and that will really drive you batty :)
Aileen - I would assume that you O'd today, but would wait and see what your temp says tomorrow morning. And mark your chart accordingly.
Natalie - The major downside to BBT is that it will only tell you after you have O'd. So it's really just a good double check for OPK's or CM. Yes, you need a special thermometer. I got mine at Wal-Mart for $8. It just takes it out one more decimal point.
Bridgette-I did read it and it was helpful. Do you think checking bbt is easier? Do you need a special thermometer? I'm just confused b/c I should O today but I don't know if I am or not. Oh well, I may try testing again tomorrow, like you and Aileen have said, maybe I will O late this month.
Bridgette..another question for the fountain of knowledge =)
Not yesterday, but the day before that, and the day before that I PIAC and used the internet OPK's. I got lines that were fairly dark, but not as dark as the control line. I forgot to PIAC yesterday (I know, how can a POASaholic forget?? But I did) I have been cramping for the past 3 days also. My temp was still below coverline this morning, and I OPK'd just now and had a very faint line. Much fainter than 2 days ago. Should I wait and see if my temp is up tomorrow, and if it is assume that yesterday would have been a positive OPK had I remembered? Then I can mark my chart appropriately. Or should I not mark an OPK this cycle?
Aileen-I haven't been taking temps, I'm not really sure what to look for. I usually have a 28 day cycle. It took 31 days for a/f to show up after my m/c. I guess I'll keep testing for a few more days.
Bridgette-I found the thread on CM that you wrote, I have to read it, thanks for posting it.
