Did I miscarry or is this a strange period?

I’ve been having strange symptoms over the course of the past month and I’m unsure what they amount to be. It began with pain upon entry during sex (unprotected) though I was adequately lubricated either naturally or with a water based lubricant. No matter what we tried I felt a stinging/burning sensation upon entry that slowly would fade as sex progressed. However it would not fade if we decided to have sex more than once in the same time period. Then, a swollen vein appeared to the left of my clitoris, about as long as my pinkie. I don’t know if it was a varicose vein (that’s pretty much all I’ve found online) or something else. I began taking medication for a UTI that I had on hand thinking the stinging and swollen vein may have been some sort of vaginal or urinary tract infection. This worked, and the vein swelling went down. Pain during sex subsided a little bit. But last night at dinner I had a strong headache and began to develop pain in my back. This morning when I began having sex I started bleeding profusely. Not like period blood. There was thin red mucousy blood absolutely everywhere and when I went to sit on the toilet it was like I was draining out cups of this weird thin blood. I’ve been a little nauseous and very weak all day. I am on the Depo Provera shot birth control and have been for a few years and I’ve never had a period before while on it. Because of how strong this birth control is I typically am having unprotected sex. Is this a strange period? Did I miscarry? And does anyone know if this vein situation is related? Thanks for helping out
