I've had three miscarrage s and I am o neg blood group. I've only gone as far as 6 weeks on all pregnancies before I've miscarried. The last one was a year ago and i had the injection afterwards. If this is due to my body attacking the embryo would an injection in in the first couple of weeks help.. Holob

I am A- and have always gotten the Rogam(sp?) around the end of my first trimester. But with baby #4 I got it at 5 weeks because of a threatened miscarriage. So I'm assuming the earlier the better! I would insist one from your doctor. To atleast give you peace of mind! And if they say no go to the ER! They did it for me there! Good luck!

Your doctor would have to discuss that with you and find out what is going on and if you need one. O would also request to see an obgyn.

It sounds like it could be the RH negative factor. My mom had that with me.
