Possible miscarriage?
I went the the bathroom to change my pad and there was a weird light tissue with blood clot looking thing it was about 1 inch in length and width. I usually get blood clots during my period but this was TOTALLY different. Could I have possibly had a miscarriage and not have know I was pregnant?
I looked it up online and from the pictures it's looked nothing like a uterine cast. It was kind of the shape of a bean and the color of a light pinto bean.

Well, it certainly could be a miscarriage. Was your last period absent?
It is more likely to be a uterine cast. Look on Google and you'll find descriptions and photos.
